Bikalpa Training Centre is a training and capacity-building organization for organizers as well as change-makers at the grassroots level. We believe that strong training workshop facilitation is vital to transformation for organizational growth for earth justice. We’re dedicated to transformation – beyond workshops, new skills and tools, we support people to handle conflict, challenge self-limiting beliefs, practice emotional intelligence, and expand what’s possible for participants. Our participant-centred practice follows emerging group dynamics in a workshop, adapts to local cultures of change, and is oriented towards practice. Our main focus is the capacity of the front-line civil society organizations in the prevention and adaptation activities related to climate change and humanitarian crises. We’re adept at cross-cultural work and bring awareness of power, identity, and conflict to every workshop we do. As an organization, we’re committed to supporting historically marginalized communities in Nepal and across the world, including Indigenous, working class and poor communities of both women and men.
